Becoming Fit and Healthy is not just about Exercise, it is also about Nutrition and the Motivation to Follow Through...

Personal clients of mine will also receive nutrition tailoring along with the personal exercise programs that I set for them - both in and outside of our sessions:

  • A food diary will be completed by my clients, particularly those wishing to lose weight. This will be done over a two day period (usually one week day and one weekend day). After completing the food diary, we can then look at modifying your diet to help improve it. This should also speed up the length of time it takes you to achieve your goals safely and effectively.

  • Food dietary plans are also available for my clients. These have been personally written by myself and give examples of food intake on a daily basis. These plans take into consideration the major factors when trying to reduce body fat such as portion sizes, the effect that the glycaemic index ratings of foods have on feeling full or hungry and the correct times to eat. These dietary plans can really assist in reaching weight loss goals quickly, safely and effectively. The plans are part of a balanced diet.

  • Fitness testing and body measuring for bench marking and analysing progress of the goals we set together will also be carried out with many of my clients depending on what their goals are and their feelings towards this process.

  • Motivational tools used in NLP and by motivation professionals are also integrated to help increase the intensity of your desire to reach your goals and to help you gain a passion and enthusiasm for working out and sticking to our formulated plan.

A free, no obligation consultation can be arranged to discuss your current situation, what you wish to achieve and your ambitions for the personal training sessions as well as discussing any concerns you may have.

Many individuals would like to try personal training, fitness together or fitness for 3 but are unsure if it is really for them. After the initial consultation, you will have an opportunity to book a single session for £40 to try it out and see if it is for you and what you are looking for.

This will give you an idea of whether or not personal training, fitness together or fitness for 3 is the route that suits you most. If, after the initial session, you wish to continue training, pricing packages can be chosen from the list at the bottom of the page.

What is the Difference between Personal Training, Fitness Together and Fitness for 3?

Personal Training is “one on one” based, while Fitness Together is “two on one” based and Fitness for 3 is "three on one" based.

    Who’s it for?

Personal Training is for anybody that has a goal in mind with regards to his or her health and fitness. Fitness Together and Fitness for 3 is usually more suitable for couples or good friends that like to workout together and have a similar level of health and fitness.

    Which one suits me?

Fitness Together and Fitness for 3 is suitable for those who like to workout in pairs or small groups and can help and encourage each other outside of the sessions as well, while personal training is great for all fitness levels. Both types of training sessions offer expert guidance and clients will be given full knowledge of what needs to take place outside of the sessions to reach the goals set between the client(s) and the personal trainer.

Lifestyle habits and other commitments may also dictate what is feasible. Generally, whether you choose Personal Training, Fitness Together or Fitness for 3, workout programs will be set for completion outside of our sessions to help you obtain the results you desire.

Some people may prefer that one on one interaction between the personal trainer and client, while others prefer training with a partner or friend(s).

Choose what works for you and your lifestyle!
