What is the Difference between Personal Training and Fitness Together?
Personal Training is “one on one” based, while Fitness Together is “two on one” based.
What is the Difference between Face to Face and FaceTime?
Face to face is where I will meet the client regularly in person either at their home or in a local park. FaceTime works surprisingly well and is used when the client lives further away or has a very busy schedule or simply finds it more convenient.
Who’s it for?
Personal Training is for anybody that has a goal in mind with regards to his or her health and fitness. Fitness for 2 is usually more suitable for couples or good friends that like to workout together and have a similar level of health and fitness.
Which one suits me?
Fitness for 2 is suitable for those who like to workout in pairs and can help and encourage each other outside of the sessions as well, while personal training is great for all fitness levels. Both types of training sessions offer expert guidance and clients will be given full knowledge of what needs to take place outside of the sessions to reach the goals set between the client(s) and the personal trainer.
Lifestyle habits and other commitments may also dictate what is feasible. Generally, whether you choose Personal Training and Fitness Together workout programs will be set for completion outside of our sessions to help you obtain the results you desire.
Some people may prefer that one on one interaction between the personal trainer and client, while others prefer training with a partner or friend.
