Personal Training Available at the clients home before or after work hours to achieve the highest potential and productivity for the client and their company.

Corporate Personal Training includes the following:
A Medical Questionnaire, Blood Pressure and Resting Heart Rate Testing, Cholesterol Testing, Fitness Testing, Blood Glucose Testing, Food Diary Monitoring and Weight, BMI, and/or Skinfold Measurement Testing.


Group Relaxation Class - (maximum 6 staff members per class)

Available for 40 mins at lunch period on site. A class that offers peace and relaxation. This class helps with destressing, lessening anxiety as well as focussing and thinking more clearly.


Group Fitness Improving Class - (maximum 10 staff members per class)

Available for 40 mins at lunch periods on site. This class helps with improving moods, increasing energy and vitality levels, improving concentration, increasing productivity. and decreasing presenteeism
