There are 3 venues I can train clients at:
At Home: I bring the equipment to your home where we will workout together with a program tailored to your goals and aspirations. Home personal training is very beneficial if your time is limited or your not keen on gyms. This is where the majority of my training takes place.
The Outdoors: This can be tremendous fun – very freeing and open. Sessions can occur in your back garden or at many of the local parks throughout Surrey. Many of my clients will prefer to exercise outside regardless of the weather and these sessions are really good fun. However you can pick and choose whether to exercise indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.
At the Gym: Gym personal training is also available with me. Again, these sessions are great if you want to feel in the element. The gym I train clients at has an excellent and diverse equipment range which makes for tremendous variety with the programs.
