Personal clients of mine will also recieve nutrition tailoring along with the personal exercise programs that I set for them - both in and outside of our sessions:

  • A food diary will be completed by my clients, particularly those wishing to lose weight. This will be done over a two day period (usually one week day and one weekend day). After completing the food diary, we can then look at modifying your diet to help improve it. This should also speed up the length of time it takes you to achieve your goals safely and effectively.

  • Food dietary plans are also available for my clients. These have been personally written by myself and give examples of food intake on a daily basis. These plans take into consideration the major factors when trying to reduce body fat such as portion sizes, the effect that the glycaemic index ratings of foods have on feeling full or hungry and the correct times to eat. These dietary plans can really assist in reaching weight loss goals quickly, safely and effectively. The plans are part of a balanced diet.

  • Fitness testing and body measuring for bench marking and analysing progress of the goals we set together will also be carried out with many of my clients depending on what their goals are and their feelings towards this process.

  • Motivational tools used in NLP and by motivation professionals are also integrated to help increase the intensity of your desire to reach your goals and to help you gain a passion and enthusiasm for working out and sticking to our formulated plan.
