The Resurgence Plan consists of:

- 3 one hour personal training sessions a week for twelve weeks. - Dietary analysis, modification and implementation of changes in the first 2 weeks of the 12 weeks program.

- A motivational text or call everyday that training sessions are not occurring for the length of the resurgence plan.

- Continued Support Throughout the First Twelve Weeks of Your Exercising Foundation.

Every decision in your life is a cause set in motion, no matter how large or small that decision is.

If you decide to take a course then that is also a cause set in motion. It can, for example, set you on the road that allows you to learn new skills, feel inspired and feel good about yourself.

Life is not always about the result, the journey can be and should be enjoyed as well, and this also rings through in your personal health and fitness targets.

Unfortunately the things we most want to achieve are often the ones with the greatest challenges ahead and also touch on our fears and past failures at times.

By overcoming these fears and past failures and rising to the challenges we face we become better individuals.

This is because in future we will be able to accomplish and cope in more stressful environments thus reach more of our potential.

The wonderful thing about the attainment of our achievements is they often make us feel our best and get us ready to take on fresh and improved challenges with a greater sense of feeling that we can achieve them. Essentially the can raise our self-confidence and self-esteem in one or many areas.

Its about Breaking Physiological and Psychological Barriers… 

In our bodies and our mind, exercising is a physiological and psychological event. Our pituitary gland releases endorphins when we are exercising. These particular hormones give us a sense of exhilaration and happiness during and after exercise.

That’s one of the reasons why you are likely to know of individuals that “like” to exercise or “love” to participate in a certain sport.

The key for many people who have not exercised in a while is to get past the initial impact that exercise places on the body – tiring muscles and lower lung efficiency lead one to feel exhausted or inferior.

This strong negative association will likely start to fade after the first 4 to 8 weeks. Many people start with good intentions but through lack of knowledge and/or support these intentions fade away before their body has had time to get used to the new regime and before the real benefits have had time to kick in.

Excuses are usually thought of as to why the individual cannot do exercises on the particular days they had planned. Another common trend is that the individual had the wrong game plan in mind from the beginning of their routine.

Its about Feeling Amazing…  

Individuals can achieve their fitness goals with momentum and the right motivation on a daily basis. Exercise can become a habit and after a while, exciting!

I know some people may find that hard to believe but its true. Being able to set targets and go about reaching them is a fantastic feeling and when you start to realise your achieving your results you will feel fantastic in many areas of you life, not just in your health and fitness.

Very few people simply exercise to have great lung function! It is great to feel healthy but usually there are a number of reasons that people want to exercise and it is useful to exploit them all to your benefit. It will give you more leverage to continue through difficult patches.
