Every client I train has personal and specific objectives and goals in mind - what they feel are most important.

Clients require different training methods and styles, which will reflect their current feelings towards exercise, health and wellbeing as well as the attainment of goals we have set together.

Some will be starting their journey for the first time since PE classes (which might bring back undesirable memories), others will be getting back into exercise after a break away from it, while others will be coming to me because they want to transform a stagnant routine that they are bored with or are no longer getting effective results from. 

These all require various levels of motivational input and styles and each individual requires different levels of progression and unique starting points.

- Speed, agility and quickness training for clients involved in sports (Rugby, Football, Tennis).

- Spinning for improving fitness through indoor cycling.

Nutrition and weight management through modifying dietary habits are part of every program.

Fitness testing for goal setting will be carried out with many of my clients dependent upon individual requirements.
